You do a great job with creating a similar tone to the Onion video you linked to, and you picked a wonderful non-conspiracy that gets your reader on your side from the very beginning. Your bulletin board is also amazing.
I'm still not convinced that the government had anything to do with the bombs, though. The USA is the best country on Earth and would never kill hundreds of thousands of civilians.
